Buildings Insurance
The word 'Buildings' means the Buildings (including outside
Fixtures attached or belonging thereto), Landlord's Fixtures
and Fittings therein and thereon, Outbuildings, Walls, Gates,
Fences, Foundations, Macadam Paths Car Parks and Surrounds
around and belonging thereto. Subject always to the policy conditions
Landlords Contents Insurance
Means the Furniture, Fixtures and Fittings, Utensils, and
all other Contents the property of the Insured. Subject always
to the policy conditions Loss of Rent indemnifies the Assured
against loss of Rental Income following a loss which occurs
under one of the insured perils on the policy. Subject
always to the policy conditions
Landlords and Property Owners Liability Insurance
Designed to indemnify the Insured against legal liability
for damages and reasonable costs and expenses in respect of
accidental Bodily Injury to any person or accidental loss
of or damage to Property.
If the Buildings only are insured, the Assured's legal liability
as owner only but not as occupier is covered.
If the Contents only are insured, the Assured's legal liability
as occupier only but not as owner is covered.
If the Buildings and Contents are insured, the Assured's legal
liability as owner or occupier is covered. Subject always to the policy conditions
