This product is specifically designed for the Commercial and Residential Buy to Let Property market and is underwritten by certain underwriters at Lloyds of London.

The basic policy covers Buildings and Landlord's Contents, Public Liability and Loss of Rent caused by and following a claim. Subsidence cover is included as standard.

Accidental Damage cover, Terrorism cover, Legal Expenses, Rent Guarantee cover and increased Loss of Rent cover can be added at an increased premium.
